Exercise Description and Instruction:
Incline Bench Press is an upper chest exercise that targets the chest muscles - the pectoralis minor as well as the upper head of the pectoralis major and the triceps and deltoids from an inclined angle.
Also make sure to view Standard Flat Bench as well as Decline Bench Press. You'll benefit from switching up your workout routines and hitting your chest from different angles.
