Exercise Description and Instruction:

This Weight Training Exercise is a unique tricep exercise that requires a partner and a towel to isolate the triceps. The new motion and resistance will help you build bigger arms by blasting the triceps.

To Perform This Exercise:

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, your back straight and your abs drawn in.
  2. Hold a towel or rope facing up behind you neck in back of your head.
  3. Have a partner hold the towel taught during the exercise so the resistance is constant.
  4. Lower your forearms down until they reach your biceps, then slowly raise your arms back up to starting position.

Tips:

  1. Keep your elbows close to your head during the exercise.
