Exercise Description and Instruction:

This version of the Bicep Curl is done on an incline bench. It uses dumbbells and the incline bench to keep tension on your biceps throughout the exercise.

To Perform This Exercise:

  1. Sit on an incline bench with your feet firmly on the floor in front of you.
  2. Grasp a dumbbell with your palms facing up and bring your arms down to your sides
  3. While keeping your wrists as straight as possible raise your wrists to your shoulders.
  4. Concentrate on squeezing your biceps (flexing) as your raise your arms.
